Venezuelan Lawyers Given Deadline to Address ‘Secrets’ Defense

On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg provided attorneys representing Venezuelan deportees who were sent to El Salvador earlier this month a deadline of March 31 to reply to the Trump administration’s claim of a “state secrets privilege,” while not disclosing any additional details regarding the order.
