White Orb Emerges from Ocean near Kuwait Coast Captured on Video, UFO Sighting Reported to US Congress

A recent congressional hearing revealed the discovery of a video showing a “white orb” UFO emerging from the ocean off Kuwait on the US Department of Defense’s network. Journalist Michael Shellenberger shared this information during his testimony to House representatives on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs), the modern term for UFOs.

During the hearing, Mr Shellenberger, the founder of the Public news service, described a 13-minute-long high-definition video capturing the “orb” approximately 20 miles off the Kuwait coast, recorded from a helicopter. The video purportedly shows an additional orb briefly entering the frame before swiftly moving out of view.

The source of the footage discovered it on SIPR, the Secure Internet Protocol Router Network used by the Department of Defense to transmit classified information.

Notably, representative Nancy Mace exhibited a 12-page document at the hearing detailing a classified UAP crash-retrieval program named Immaculate Constellation.

‘Come at me bro, I guess’

Mr Shellenberger presented the report to Congress, indicating that a whistleblower, possibly a current or former official, authored it, revealing that “the executive branch has been managing UAPs without congressional knowledge or authorization for some time, possibly decades.” This revelation prompted Ms Mace to bravely defy potential repercussions by stating: “Come at me bro, I guess.”

The hearing, titled “Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth,” aims to shed light on the government’s knowledge or lack thereof regarding UAPs. Witnesses informed the House Oversight Committee’s Subcommittee on Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Government Innovation about sightings of objects, some exhibiting speeds exceeding 3,000Gs, over US military and energy facilities.

According to testimonies, these objects can travel faster underwater than US submarines and endure immense forces.

‘We are not alone in the cosmos’

Former defense department official Luis Elizondo was asked if these objects could be controlled through a “mind-body connection,” to which he responded that they were evidently under “intelligent control.”

Elizondo described the capabilities of these vehicles, noting their maneuverability and ability to react to human movement, surpassing any technology in the military’s possession.

“We are talking about technologies that outperform anything in our [military] inventory,” he emphasized.

Elizondo asserted that there is “sufficient data” indicating a potential connection between UAPs and sensitive US military installations, nuclear facilities, and Department of Energy sites. He suggested that these entities may possess an interest in accessing information from these sites or simply have increased visibility, leading to more frequent sightings.

Addressing the excessive secrecy surrounding UAPs, Elizondo stated, “to hide the fact that we are not alone in the cosmos” has resulted in misallocation of taxpayer funds and a clandestine arms race concealed from elected representatives.

The US reportedly retrieved crashed UAPs to study and potentially reverse-engineer them, but details were limited. In a previous inquiry by the House Oversight Committee last year, witnesses alleged a Pentagon cover-up, which the department denied.

In November 2023, NASA announced initiatives to explore the threat posed by UFOs after publishing a significant report on the phenomena. The report recommended an increased role for NASA in detecting such occurrences.
