Canada’s Latest Top 25 Most Wanted Fugitives— Keep an Eye Out for These Individuals


A nationwide release of Canada’s top 25 most wanted individuals has been made, offering $900,000 in combined rewards for information leading to their arrests.

At the top of the list are two key players in Quebec’s ongoing drug conflict, among 24 men and one woman.

The list is compiled and periodically issued by the BOLO Program, in collaboration with various law enforcement agencies. All rewards offered are valid until June 3, 2025.

Here is an overview of the top 25 suspects in Canada and the reasons for their arrest warrants.

A reward of up to $250,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Dave “Pik” Turmel, who is alleged to be the head of Blood Family Mafia (BFM) involved in substance trafficking, conspiracy, and assault with a weapon by the Quebec City Police Service.
“Dave Turmel and BFM are willing to do anything to take control of drug trafficking, not only in Quebec City, but throughout eastern Quebec,” said Quebec City Police Chief Denis Turcotte in a press release.
