Congratulations to President Trump on Winning the Presidency, Applause from World Leaders

World leaders are beginning to send their congratulations to Donald Trump on his projected victory in the presidential election, announced by Decision Desk.

Leaders from around the globe are sending their best wishes to Donald Trump on winning the presidency once again.

According to Decision Desk HQ, Trump is set to return to the White House, making him the first president to win nonconsecutive terms since Grover Cleveland in 1892.

The first leader to extend his congratulations was Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“Dear Donald and Melania Trump,

“Congratulations on history’s greatest comeback!” posted Netanyahu on X account of the prime minister’s office.

“Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America.”

These messages come at a critical time as Israel is facing conflicts with Hamas and Hezbollah, and Ukraine is dealing with an invasion from Russia.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine has also extended his congratulations to Trump, highlighting the importance of peace through strength in global affairs.

“I appreciate President Trump’s commitment to the ‘peace through strength’ approach in global affairs. This is exactly the principle that can practically bring just peace in Ukraine closer. I am hopeful that we will put it into action together,” he posted on X.

Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs also expressed his eagerness to strengthen relations between Latvia and the US under Trump’s leadership.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer from the Labour Party offered his congratulations to Trump, emphasizing the strong bond between the UK and the US.

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, a former prime minister of the Netherlands, commended Trump on his election victory and looked forward to working together to advance peace through strength.
