COVID-19 Vaccines Declared Ineffective and Unsafe by Watchdog Group

The COVID-19 vaccines in Canada were granted approval through an “interim order” that allowed pharmaceutical companies to bypass established procedures, according to an accountability watchdog. The nonprofit National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) revealed that the vaccines were authorized without undergoing the country’s required safety tests as outlined in the drug regulations. The organization published a report detailing the flawed process through which the vaccines were approved. Instead of going through the traditional drug approval process, Health Canada approved the vaccines through an alternative authorization process called an interim order. This alternative process seemed to disregard the need to objectively establish the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines. The interim order, issued by the Minister of Health, exempted all COVID-19 vaccines from normal review and approval. Under this order, vaccines were authorized based on a subjective test, simply proving that the benefits outweighed the risks. This subjective test is not appropriate for approving a drug intended for the entire population. Furthermore, the order made it impossible to revoke the authorized vaccines even if they were deemed unsafe or ineffective. The manufacturer was not required to provide objective evidence of safety and effectiveness for their COVID-19 vaccines. The NCI report received support from cardiologist Dr. Peter A. McCullough, who stated that all COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe for human use and should be removed from the Canadian market immediately. The NCI called attention to the fact that the interim order for COVID-19 vaccines has become permanent, allowing Health Canada to authorize any vaccine without requiring proof of safety or efficacy. The report also alleged a conflict of interests in the approval process, with the government’s involvement. The interim order allowed unapproved vaccines to be imported if the Canadian government was the purchaser, which created a significant conflict of interest. The NCI sent a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, highlighting the lack of proper evaluation and urging him to withdraw the vaccines until a rigorous evaluation can be completed and the objective test for safety is reinstated.
