Epstein Accuser Claims Prince Andrew Assaulted Her and She Is Fighting for Her Life

Virginia Roberts Giuffre announced on Instagram that she is facing kidney renal failure and has been given only four days to live.

The individual who settled a sexual assault lawsuit with Prince Andrew, 65, and accused the late Jeffrey Epstein of teen sex abuse shared that she has a limited time left after a car accident.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre, aged 41, is experiencing kidney renal failure following a collision with a bus, as detailed in her Instagram post on March 30.

“They’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,” Giuffre wrote. “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.”

The post features a photo of Giuffre lying down in a hospital bed with visible bruises on her face.

Giuffre reportedly was struck by a school bus traveling at 110km/h (68 mph).

“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” she expressed in her post.

Giuffre accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was 17 years old with the alleged help of the late convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, 62, who was found guilty of assisting Epstein in sexually abusing multiple young girls. A civil lawsuit Giuffre filed against Prince Andrew in 2021 was confidentially settled, with the prince donating a substantial amount of money to Giuffre’s charity.

Giuffre did not respond to requests for comment at the time of publication, but her publicist, Dini von Mueffling, conveyed, “Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending.”

On Dec. 1, 2023, Giuffre posted on Instagram a photo of herself with her husband, Robert Giuffre, writing: “Me and my happily ever after. … 21 years ago this amazing man rescued me from Epstein and Maxwell’s clutches. I thank God every day for putting this beautiful man in my life. … I love you Robbie G.”
Robert Giuffre also posted in his biography on social media platform X, “I am the husband of the survivor Virginia Roberts Giuffre and I feel like their [sic] needs to be support from both sides of the gender field.”
However, on March 22, Virginia Giuffre posted a photo of her three children and expressed feeling estranged from them.

“My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies. I miss them so very much. I have been through hell and back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else. Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens,” she stated.
