Former Ofsted Chief Claims Giving Tough Messages is Becoming Increasingly Challenging

Spielman defended Ofsted’s decision to downgrade Caversham Primary in Reading, stressing that the inspectorate’s role is to ensure that schools are providing quality education for children.
