Former Prime Minister Morrison’s Memoir Released for Sale
The former Prime Minister recounted feeling ridiculed for his religious beliefs and highlighted the impact of “cancel culture” on like-minded individuals.
Scott Morrison’s latest book has been released, presenting a unique political memoir, according to his publisher.
In addition to detailing his journey to becoming the nation’s leader and his time as Prime Minister, the former PM’s book delves into how his faith influenced his decision-making.
Publisher Harper Collins describes “Plans For Your Good: A Prime Minister’s Testimony of God’s Faithfulness,” which became available in bookstores on May 21, as “less political memoir and more pastoral encouragement.”
One revelation shared is Mr. Morrison’s use of medication to manage anxiety between 2018 and 2022, encompassing his time as Prime Minister.
His successor, Anthony Albanese, commended the former Liberal leader for this revelation, calling it courageous.
During a promotional tour for the book, the Pentecostal former PM opened up about feeling scorned for his religious beliefs and the impact of “cancel culture” on similarly-minded individuals.
