Exploring Ontario’s sunflower fields is a wonderful way to spend the summer.

These sunflower farms and festivals in the province offer stunning photo opportunities and fun activities for everyone.

Brantwood Farms

Established in Brantford in 1891, Brantwood Farms provides a memorable experience with its vast sunflower fields. Visitors can take a wagon ride, pick sunflowers, play yard games, and take photos in the colorful cut flower field.

The Apple Orchid

The Apple Orchid, near Hamilton, boasts hundreds of thousands of sunflowers in bloom from July to August. Guests can wander through the fields, pick apples, explore the corn maze, and enjoy the play area.

Rounds Ranch

Just outside Barrie, Rounds Ranch offers a sunflower experience in August with 44 varieties of sunflowers for picking. Visitors can cool off on the slip n’ slide, navigate the corn maze, and enjoy pony or horse rides.

Wynn Farms in Greater Napanee hosts a sunflower festival in August with activities for kids, sunflower photo opportunities, and picnic areas.

Sunridge Sunflower Festival

The Sundridge Sunflower Festival in Sundridge features live music, family activities, a street market, and a dog show on August 10.

Erin Hill Acres

Erin Hill Acres in Hillsburgh offers unique photo opportunities with grand baby pianos and furry highland cows in the sunflower fields.

Davis Family Farm

The Davis Family Farm in Caledon hosts a sunflower festival from July 27 to August 18 with acres of blooming sunflowers and fun photo spots.
