Representative of Peace Prize Laureate arrives in Norway
Terumi Tanaka, who is representing Nihon Hidankyo, this year’s Nobel Peace Prize winner, arrived at Oslo’s Gardermoen airport. Nihon Hidankyo is a Japanese grassroots movement consisting of atomic bomb survivors from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Tanaka spoke to the media ahead of Tuesday’s Nobel ceremony, which is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. ET on Dec. 8.
