Retirement of Australia’s “Raygun”

Controversial Australian breakdancer Rachael “Raygun” Gunn has made the decision to retire from competition during a morning radio show. She cited the negative reaction she received after her appearance at the Paris Olympics as the reason for her retirement.
Gunn’s performance at the 2024 Games, where she did not score any points and was eliminated in the first round, garnered international attention. Her routines, such as the “kangaroo hop” and “the sprinkler,” became the subject of memes and parody performances.
