The Enchanting Music of 5 Young Dads Captures Hearts: ‘This Is What Heaven Sounds Like’
Surprisingly, these dads, all in their early 30s, stumbled into viral fame without any professional vocal training. Despite having regular jobs, singing is their shared passion.
The group comprises brothers Tomas and Peter Vidmark, along with Michael Åberg, Sebastian Åkesson, and Adam Stenlund. The sight of these young fathers spending time with their children has become synonymous with their viral music videos.
Fans often praise the familial harmony displayed in their videos, where their kids, who enjoy being serenaded, sit quietly in their laps, mesmerized by their melodious voices.

“It’s so unreal,” Tomas told The Epoch Times. “Actually, we cannot believe it, and especially that so many Americans are following us. That’s our biggest following. I think more than 30 percent of our followers are from the United States. We are just very grateful.”
After their first Christmas tour, Dad Harmony is gearing up for their second European tour in October.
“A lot of people are asking for us to come to the USA, and we hope that we can come soon,” Tomas said.
All members grew up in Skellefteå, a small town in northern Sweden, and formed the group during Peter’s bachelor party in June 2022.
On a whim, they decided to sing “Wellerman” together and recorded it for posterity. At first, Tomas didn’t plan to share their video on TikTok.
When the video gained millions of views, they decided to continue making music together as an official group, leading to the birth of Dad Harmony.
