Back in 1968, Paul and Anne Ehrlich made headlines with their book “The Population Bomb,” warning of impending mass famine due to overpopulation. They even suggested adding “temporary sterilants” to the water as a solution to the crisis. At that time, the global population was 3.5 billion. Fast forward to today, where we now have over 8 billion people—and surprisingly, the conversation has shifted dramatically.
Elon Musk, known for his intellect, believes the real issue today is not too many people, but rather too few. The declining birth rates worldwide are seen as a threat to civilization. Musk warns that unless people start having more children soon, our society as we know it may face collapse.
