After the trial, Trump initiates a grassroots campaign.

Following a Manhattan jury’s decision to find Former President Donald Trump guilty of all 34 counts of falsifying business records related to payments to Stormy Daniels, Trump wasted no time launching his voter outreach campaign.

According to The Hill, “Trump Force 47” is a grassroots voter outreach program created by the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC).

The campaign was launched just a day after Trump became the first former president to be convicted of a felony, a decision he and his supporters consider a result of a “rigged” judicial system.

Trump stated, “This was a rigged, disgraceful trial. The real verdict will be on Nov. 5 by the people, and they know what happened here.”

President Joe Biden criticized Trump’s remarks, calling them “reckless,” “dangerous,” and “irresponsible.”

RNC Chair Michael Whatley announced that through the voter outreach program, supporters can become a “Trump Force 47 Captain” or receive training as poll watchers.
