Alabama Court Upholds Ban on Gender Transition for Minors
Refusing to reconsider, a federal appeals court remains divided on the decision to uphold Alabama’s ban on treating transgender minors with puberty blockers and hormones. The majority of judges on the 11th U.S. Court of Appeals declined to overturn the ruling in a decision released Wednesday night.
