Alaska Criticized for Inaccessible Voting for the Disabled by DOJ



The U.S. Department of Justice stated on Tuesday that the state of Alaska has breached the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to offer accessible machines for in-person voting. Additionally, the state was criticized for choosing polling places that were not accessible and for the way state elections were conducted.
