Former President Bill Clinton has been admitted to the hospital, as reported by his spokesperson.

Angel Ureña, Clinton’s deputy chief of staff, confirmed that the former president was checked into a Washington D.C. hospital for “testing and observation due to a fever.”

“President Clinton was admitted to Georgetown University Medical Center this afternoon for testing and observation after developing a fever,” Ureña announced on X. “He remains in good spirits and is grateful for the excellent care he is receiving.”

In 2021, Clinton was also hospitalized due to an infection that had affected his bloodstream, but he was discharged after six days.
