Blaine Holt Tells Newsmax: Israel Plans to Disregard U.N. Court’s Order

Israel is planning to ignore a UN court order to stop its military operation in Rafah, as it feels abandoned by the United States, according to retired U.S. Air Force Brigadier Gen. Blaine Holt on Sunday.

“Israel is feeling isolated due to the lack of leadership and solidarity from the Biden administration when they need it the most,” Holt told Newsmax’s “Sunday Report.”

Holt emphasized the need for Israel to achieve victory to prevent further incidents like the Oct. 7 attack. He blamed the issues on DC rather than Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.

Regarding the hostages held by Hamas, Holt stated that there is no chance for negotiation, so a rescue or recovery mission may be necessary.

Former National Security Council chief of staff Fred Fleitz mentioned a video showing Israeli soldiers being attacked by Hamas, highlighting the necessity of Israel’s operation against the group.

Fleitz criticized the Biden administration for not strongly objecting to the ICC’s indictment of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling the court illegitimate.

Holt and Fleitz agreed that strong action should be taken against the ICC for its actions against Netanyahu.

Despite the challenges, Holt stressed the importance of leadership and protection for American forces globally.
