Difficulty faced by police in upholding the law in the midst of road and bridge blocks by anti-Israel protesters



Law enforcement experts say it can be a “challenge” to hold anti-Israel activists accountable for disrupting commuters in protests due to navigating free speech rights and a complex web of laws at local, state, and federal levels.
