Florida’s Chinese Property Law Remains Unobstructed by Federal Judge

The law, supported by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, imposes restrictions on property ownership for individuals from China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Venezuela, near military bases, critical infrastructure, and agricultural land. Plaintiffs have argued that the law unfairly targets immigrants and have expressed concerns about its impact on their lives.
