Judge Chutkan dismisses enigmatic motion filed by ‘Victor Shorkin’



Third-party motions have been filed in the U.S. case against former President Donald Trump, including one from “Victor Shorkin,” which was rejected by the judge. The filing appears to misspell the name of Viktor Shokin, the Ukraine prosecutor who was fired after then-Vice President Joe Biden ordered it. The document was not released. The judge also rejected five other third-party motions. The misspelled filing is the latest in a series of curious filings in Trump’s legal proceedings.
