Nikki Haley tells Newsmax: Parents and Doctors Should Have ‘Most Control’ in IVF

Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley told Newsmax that she agrees with an Alabama court ruling that embryos are children. She stated that in vitro fertilization should prioritize the control of the parents and physician.
