Senator Johnson tells Newsmax that it is Unlikely for Hunter Case to Result in Conviction

Senator Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., shared with Newsmax on Monday his belief that regardless of the actions of Hunter Biden, the trial happening in Wilmington, Delaware, makes it unlikely for him to be found guilty.

Johnson also mentioned that some of the more serious charges against Hunter Biden have passed the statute of limitations, as he shared with “Rob Schmitt Tonight.”

Comparing this trial to the prosecution of Donald Trump, Johnson pointed out that Trump faced a jury pool that was predominantly Democrat, with a district attorney who campaigned on “getting Trump,” and a judge who displayed bias. On the other hand, Hunter Biden’s trial is taking place in Wilmington, Delaware, which Johnson referred to as “Biden country.”
