Sinema Urges Senate to Preserve Filibuster in Farewell Address
During her last address on the Senate floor Wednesday, outgoing Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, I-Ariz., called on her peers to preserve the filibuster. She cautioned against opting for immediate wins at the expense of the challenging yet essential process of fostering bipartisan agreement.
