Trump Claims He Has “No Alternative” Except to Incarcerate Political Opponents
Former President Donald Trump expressed his belief that he’ll have “no choice” but to jail his political opponents if he is elected president again, citing the indictments he is currently facing and blaming President Joe Biden for them. Trump made these comments during an interview with radio host Glenn Beck, where he also mentioned that he regrets not locking up his 2016 presidential election rival, Hillary Clinton. He accused Biden of being behind the indictments and suggested that Biden is not “sharp enough” to think for himself. Trump further accused the Biden administration of coordinating with certain district attorneys involved in cases against him. He referred to his opponents as “sick” and “evil” people.
