US Secretly Provides Long-range Missiles to Ukraine for Strike on Russian-held Areas, Officials Claim

Ukraine has recently begun using long-range ballistic missiles provided by the United States, targeting Russian military installations in Crimea and other occupied areas. This marks the first time Ukraine is utilizing such missiles, significantly extending their striking distance. The United States has increased support by providing additional long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) in a new military aid package.

These long-range missiles have been a crucial request from Ukrainian leaders as they offer the ability to strike Russian targets further away, enhancing Ukraine’s defensive capabilities. The U.S. included a substantial number of these missiles in a $300 million aid package, with additional support totaling about $1 billion.
