Kamala Harris only offers a label change to Bidenomics

Kamala Harris is trying to distance herself from President Biden’s economic unpopularity, according to Axios.

Get ready for some major gaslighting as Harris attempts to shift blame away from policies she has supported over the past 3½ years, as well as traditional Democratic views.

In her speeches, she promises to reduce grocery bills and inflation on her first day in office.

But if it were that simple, why doesn’t she just advise the current president on how to do it?

The reality is that the Federal Reserve has played a crucial role in controlling inflation by raising interest rates, which has had negative effects on job growth and the economy.

While Biden and Harris have contributed to inflation by significantly increasing government spending, surpassing revenue by $2 trillion annually.

Remember, the economy began recovering from COVID shutdowns in late 2020.

However, Biden and Harris rushed to take credit for the rebound by passing the American Recovery Act, injecting billions into an already thriving economy, leading to a surge in prices and inflation reaching 9% before the Fed intervened.

Despite distancing herself from past extreme positions, Harris has remained silent on curbing government spending.

She continues to support environmentally friendly spending in the “Inflation Reduction Act.”

While she no longer advocates for banning fracking entirely, she continues the Biden administration’s anti-fossil fuel agenda, including halting new drilling permits and imposing strict emissions standards.

In addressing inflation, Harris can only offer minor household savings, similar to what has been falsely promised by Biden and Harris in the past.

She claims that strengthening the middle class will be a priority during her presidency, but her plans do not differ significantly from Biden’s.

Harris lacks a distinct vision because the Democratic Party as a whole lacks one.

The Trump-Vance ticket offers a clear path to prosperity experienced during Trump’s first term, emphasizing energy production.

According to Trump’s recent speech in North Carolina, freeing up energy producers is crucial for economic growth.

America was energy independent under Trump’s administration, leading to increased exports. Biden, however, has stifled this progress by adhering to his party’s agenda.

Cheaper energy is essential for boosting manufacturing and the overall economy, contributing to the rise in working-class wages during the Trump era. Other key aspects of Trumponomics, including reducing federal regulations and prioritizing growth over special interests, have been reversed under Democratic leadership.

While Harris has adopted one Trump proposal regarding tips taxes, her party’s overall stance may prevent her from implementing policies that could lead to a strong, low-inflation economy.

Even if Harris wanted to pursue Trump’s successful economic strategies, she may face opposition within her own party.

Despite potential shifts in her political background, Kamala Harris remains a replacement Democrat, offering a slightly different face to a familiar, failing agenda.

Any effort to distance herself from Bidenomics is just a rebranding of the same failed policies.
