Military operations are not always clean and antiseptic, and the Israel forces were not in the Nuseirat refugee camp to conquer or harm it.

They were on a mission to rescue hostages, a common goal in conflicts throughout history, but now being criticized by various nations and organizations.

Decent societies seek the return of their people, even the fallen, as seen in historical examples like Priam appealing to Achilles in the Iliad.

In Gaza, one side wants to free innocent civilians while the other side has taken hostages and abused them, refusing to release them.

Hamas has not adhered to civilized norms, hence the need for Israel’s rescue operation.

Despite encountering resistance, the Israeli forces rescued the hostages successfully, albeit with civilian casualties.

Confronting evil sometimes results in tragic outcomes, as seen in the casualties during this operation.
