When will Democrats unite to address law-breaking anti-Israel (and anti-US) individuals?

Following a reprehensible attack on a Democratic congressman’s office by anti-Israel (and anti-American) thugs on the Fourth of July, one can’t help but question what it will take to finally bring an end to these criminal acts.

What will it require for Democrats to universally condemn these actions and agree on firm consequences for those who break the law?

The Capitol Hill office of pro-Israel Jewish Rep. Brad Schneider (D-Ill.) was vandalized by the pathological hooligans who tore down posters of hostages, including Americans, held by terrorists in Gaza.

These individuals view kidnapping, raping, and torturing innocent civilians, such as what Hamas has done, as a legitimate form of “resistance” when the victims are Jewish or Israeli.

The attack on a congressman’s DC office on Independence Day highlights the antisemites’ deep-seated hatred for America, a sentiment reaffirmed by other demonstrators who burned American flags in Washington Square Park on July 4.

These incidents are part of a series of attacks since Oct. 7 that aim to spread chaos, terror, and hatred, causing harm to Americans.

The attack on Schneider’s office occurred shortly after more than 50 demonstrators targeted his family home in Illinois, making noise and shouting antisemitic chants at 2:30 a.m.

This behavior is unacceptable and alarming.

Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY) warns, “The escalation in intimidation and incitement against members of Congress feels like it is heading in a dangerous direction,” referencing the vandalism of his own office by “anti-Israel” extremists on Christmas Day.

It is evident that these individuals need to be held accountable, yet many Democrats struggle to condemn them.

Even President Biden has made the preposterous statement, “they have a point.”

Members of The Squad have further perpetuated their anti-Israel sentiments.

This issue is exacerbated by progressives’ reluctance to enforce meaningful consequences against any lawbreakers.

In New York, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg dismissed charges against most of the protesters who disrupted Columbia University this spring.

This cycle will only end when Democrats come to their senses or voters remove them from office.
